About the Job
- Payroll Accountant will process payroll for over 2,000 employees across 35-40 states using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax regulations, including garnishments and tax withholdings
- Review and process employee travel and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies (Chrome River experience preferred)
- Verify the accurate posting of payroll entries to the General Ledger (GL) and assist with payroll reconciliations
- Identify areas for process improvement and help implement more efficient payroll and T&E procedures
- Support the Payroll and T&E Managers in daily operations and assist with special projects as needed
- As a Payroll Accountant, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure payroll compliance
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure back-end payroll processes are accurate and in compliance with applicable laws
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now, processing payroll for large organizations (2,000+ employees)
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-state payroll processing experience, with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Knowledge of garnishments, payroll taxes, and General Ledger processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
