Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports and statements
- Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage invoices
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments for financial reporting and audits
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in accounting software UKG
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $28 - $32 per hr.
