Payroll Administrator - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in progress; Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance preferred.
• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Expertise in payroll software, specifically Paycom, and timekeeping systems.
• Some experience with Excel.
• High-volume payroll experience in a multi-location setting, including interaction with supervisors for approvals.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills for data importing.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with supervisor references demonstrating timeliness and teamwork.
• Service-oriented, with a focus on resolving payroll inquiries promptly.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, to assist primarily Spanish-speaking staff.
• Strong critical thinking and data organization skills.
• Stable work history, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality roles, especially in payroll, night audit, or accounting.
• Familiarity with Sun Systems (INFOR product).
