Payroll Analyst - BBSI

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide recommendations on integrated systems solutions for client’s payroll, including but not limited to becoming proficient in Bridge Master for electronic input of pay related information and integration of Time & Attendance systems and general ledger interface, when appropriate.
- · Identify systems options to achieve better results for clients and branches. Become an expert in BBSI Payroll Systems (myBBSI, HRP, HRP Web, PrismHR), CRM (Salesforce), Spring CM (paper-light systems), Time & Attendance (i.e. TCP), myBBSI, HRP Web, HRP standard and custom reporting, and other systems as required.Perform myBBSI web training including the use and understanding of all system’s feature functionalities.
- Interface with client stakeholders on payroll workflow processes, identifying areas of opportunities and recommendations on improvement to clients and BU members.
· Responsible for full understanding of BBSI’s Billing (Mark Up), Citrix pricing and the ability to assist clients with invoices, and posting to their general ledger
- · Become subject matter expert on client data, including by not limited to trends of any kind, turnover, new employee onboarding for payroll, ongoing or seasonal headcount fluctuation; bridges, import & export requirements, standard & custom reporting requirements of client companies.Perform voids, payroll adjustments, stop checks, check verifications, garnishments, W-2 and W-2c administration.

- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3-5 years of garnishment and payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-state, demanding environment
- Customer service experience and conflict management skills required.
- Systems orientated including proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws, garnishment laws, and taxability of wages
- Solid understanding of the payroll lifecycle, amendments, and payroll deductions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPP or FPC designation a plus.
- Extensive third-party payroll experience a plus
- SQL experience a plus
- Salary and Other Compensation:
- The starting hourly rate for this position is between $38.46 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
- This position is also eligible for annual incentive pay equal to 8% of annual regular pay, prorated in the first year, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
