The Payroll Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for this growing workforce. This role involves managing payroll operations, validating data, and collaborating with various departments to maintain smooth payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with payroll systems, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll
- Validate payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems for payroll processing.
- Perform extensive data entry and analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from managers and employees.
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Manage garnishments, tax withholdings, and other deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable; experience with multiple payroll systems is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform VLOOKUPs.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the clothing manufacturing industry is a plus.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
