Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll and Data Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the HR Shared Service team.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Support of end-to-end payroll processes, Time and Administration support, and maintaining accurate data in UKG, for our 600-person organization across multiple countries.
- Assisting in other HR related processes within the HRSC scope, including but not limited to: Leaves Administration, Onboarding/Offboarding employees in UKG, submitting HR vendor invoices that come to the HRSC for approvals and processing, and other in-scope activities.
- Providing operational support to the HRSC team; ensuring strong communications, collaboration, and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
- Maintaining strong daily collaboration and communication with HRSC team members.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Desk Top Procedures (DTPs) as the team continues to implement and enhance processes related to HRSC operations.
- Analyze sensitive and/or confidential data by using various tools and programs to support HR processes.
- Create, maintain, and provide reports on a biweekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis utilizing UKG Business Intelligence and other HR systems.
- Support global payroll processing on a biweekly and/or monthly basis as organizational needs arise.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met to complete established payroll and reporting processes.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) for UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and other HR related software.
- Management of the HR Service Center inbox to ensure timely responses to employee inquiries.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate must have:
- College or University degree in an HR-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Payroll experience with strong focus on administration, preferably in a Shared Services setting.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in a complex global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative manner while maintaining flexibility and team focus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with shared services technology tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Parkersburg, WV location highly preferred but remote from US ET/CT based location will be considered
Skills desirable but not mandatory are:
- UKG Pro and Dimensions experience.
- HRIS administration experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillset.
- Focus on customer service with the ability to resolve end user issues accurately and timely.
- Change champion, results oriented.
