Position Summary

As a Payroll Assistant, you will work closely with the Payroll team to manage the daily activities of the Department and employee productivity.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Printing and shipping of all payroll checks
• Ordering check stock and shipping supplies
• Organization of copy room
• Receive new hire documents and process client information through E-Verify
• Assist Payroll Technicians with data entry
• Open and organize mail as need for the department
• Special project assistance as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• PEO or Multi-site, Multi-state experience a plus

Education & Experience

• Six months of payroll experience preferred, but not required
