Payroll Assistant - PrideStaff

Accounting Assistant

M-F | 8AM - 5PM 

Duties:
- Payroll
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation
- Reconcile statements 
- Assist with monthly and quarterly filings
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment or invoice issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with other accounting tasks/projects as assigned

Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
