Responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant:

• Audit timesheets to ensure accuracy.
• Enter timesheet data into the payroll software.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Track PTO and wage changes for all employees.

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Assistant:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Office administrative experience.
• Payroll experience is a plus, but candidates comfortable with data entry are encouraged to apply.
