Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved communities.
- Coordinate events and workshops to promote VOALA's services.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to assess community needs and program effectiveness.
- Assist in fundraising efforts and grant writing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in community outreach or social services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for serving vulnerable populations.
