Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved communities.
• Coordinate events and workshops to promote VOALA's services.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data to assess community needs and program effectiveness.
• Assist in fundraising efforts and grant writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach or social services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations.
