Position Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for various payroll tasks which include onboarding, payroll processing, and responding to questions related to time and attendance. This position will also manage and deploy kiosks at the worksite for employees to clock in and out and maintain the systems in working condition.
This position is a TEMPORARY position that will run from approximately late February through mid May 2024. Candidate hired will need to be in the Indio, CA area for the full month of April 2024 to work Coachella/Stagecoach.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for onboarding new hire employees and processing payroll. Field questions and troubleshoot time and attendance
systems with managers and employees. - Provide payroll ad hoc reports to VP. Assist with all vendor programs and payroll systems.
- Process payroll weekly.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site in a golf cart
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00
