General Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the overall process of the payroll for the department/and all of the Atrium Centers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews time off request, missing punch changes and zero hour reports
Communicates with center regarding outstanding request and missing hours prior to payroll file creation
Process termination request and create PTO final payout if necessary
Records changes of affecting net wages, for example exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records
Prepare and process off cycle payroll as necessary to issue time sensitive paychecks
Completes transfer of employees between facilities as needed
Education and Required Skills:
High School Degree required and one year experience with payroll
Experience with Excel
Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment
Ability to work in-person, out of our corporate office in Columbus
Excellent client service and communication skills
