Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings.
- Assist with audits and implement payroll best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
