KBW has partnered with a manufacturing company near Dover, NH area in their search for a Payroll Specialist. This position will be responsible for processing full cycle payroll for about 300-400 employees, both hourly and salaried employees. Ideal candidate will have a strong payroll acumen with multi state payroll tax experience. This is a 100% in office position.

The responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Reconciling employee timecards
- Deductions, garnishments
- Manages all year end payroll tasks including W2’s
- Full cycle payroll processing
- Payroll related journal entries
- Quarterly tax adjustments
The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Minimum of 2+ years processing payroll
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
