Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide leadership and training to the Payroll Administrator.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, Paycom, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Address and resolve HRIS & payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies professionally and promptly.
- Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Assist with audits as needed.
- Provide training and support to employees and leadership on payroll-related matters and HRIS system usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in WA and OR.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (Paycom experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge.
- Able to work full-time, within an office environment,
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
