PAYROLL MANAGER - 70-80K - BALDWIN, MD
Our client, a well-known facilities Services company is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team! Founded almost 100 years ago, with locations up and down the east coast, they are in need of an experienced Payroll Manager with high-volume, multi-state payroll experience.
This is a full-time position on-site at their corporate HQ in Harford County. WFH opportunities are available on an as needed basis. Benefits include:
• Process and review payroll audit reports.
• Assist in the completion of the semi-monthly payroll process in a multi-state environment.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and files, interact and respond to employees as well as management questions/requests.
• Train new management on ADP system responsibilities.
• Process payroll and staffing reports for Executive Management.
• Assist with third party audits.
• Maintain documented procedures on payroll processes.
Requirements:
• Management experience.
• Ability to execute a complex pay structure, multi-state payroll
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledgeable in payroll laws
• ADP Workforce Now
