Job Purpose: The Payroll Manager will oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise payroll staff and provide training.
• Prepare payroll reports and audits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
