• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes and maintain accuracy.
• Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software to manage payroll operations efficiently.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and best practices to ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
