Payroll Manager,
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team for a growing Payroll and HR Management Company. Our office is a fun and a relaxing atmosphere! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and payroll tax filings for multiple companies with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. This is currently a part-time position to start (25-30 hours per week), may lead to full-time. Starting hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll processing.
- Handle payroll inquiries from clients and employees.
- Perform payroll tax filing procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate company client employee records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or having an Accounting Background with a strong background in payroll tax filings and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and payroll tax administration.
- Working knowledge using payroll software platforms. (Training is provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CPP) is a plus.
