• Review and verify employee time punches, address missing entries and discrepancies in timekeeping
• Enter hours worked into the payroll system
• Accurate apply deductions, such as taxes, insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other benefits
• Double-check and cross-verify data entries to ensure accuracy
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll-related information and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Processor Role:

• Prior experience with data entry or payroll processing
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Very strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
