We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Three (3) years’ experience in Payroll preferred.
• Payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to process payroll with little or no supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely and accurate input of payroll related items for assigned locations.  Audits assigned facility data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policy and procedure.  Process completed payroll including check preparation for timely distribution to facilities according to assigned schedules.  Integrates the organization’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation :The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.  It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 - $31 per hour.Minimum Salary:USD $25.00/Hr.Maximum Salary:USD $31.00/Hr.
