Abacus Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electrical is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Our payroll administrators are responsible for validating office and field employees' Payroll, Employee Benefits and On-Boarding/Off-Boarding as well as other basic HR support.

What Will I Do?
- Collect and Validate timesheets
- Enter and validate employees revenue generation to properly process bonuses and commissions
- Input payroll for processing
- Track Employee benefits
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Verify invoices processed for technicians in our POS system
- Answer employees queries about payroll and benefits related issues
Do I Have What It Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years experience
- Proven work experience as Payroll and HR Administrator
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Service Titan, Quick Books
- Knowledgeable of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
