Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) at A.C.Coy

The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Payroll Specialist. Ideal candidates must have experience in Peoplesoft, familiarity with general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.

• Perform payroll duties including preparation and processing within PeopleSoft
• Prepare payroll invoices
• Prepare custom reports
• Reconcile bi-monthly and monthly payroll reports into the general ledger
• Prepare reconciliations for taxes for stock vesting events
• Prepare and input journal entries into the general ledger
• Validate 401k contribution, match, and forfeiture import and edit reports
• Perform payroll audit tasks, including SOX related tasks
• Provide administrative support fo the Commuter Reimbursement Program

Education Required:

• High School Diploma

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of Payroll experience, preferably within PeopleSoft
• Experience using Dayforce & Oracle Financials preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• High attention to detail
