Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: St. Paul, MN *This is an on-site role, only residents of MN are eligible to apply*
Compensation: Up to $36/hr dependent on applicable experience

Addison Group is excited to be supporting the search for an experienced Payroll Specialist with multi-state experience in a high-volume capacity. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of full-cycle payroll preparation and processing experience in agriculture or similar sectors. This is an onsite role compensating up to $36/hr depending on applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and timely.
- Set up, maintain, and manage garnishments, levies, and direct deposits.
- Ensure compliance and completeness of payroll records.
- Analyze and validate time off accruals, deductions, and new hire data.
- Produce timely and accurate payroll reports as needed.
- Support employees and supervisors with timekeeping.
- Deliver excellent customer service promptly.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with special projects and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of payroll processing experience
- Associates degree in a related field or CPP/FCP certifications highly preferred
