StoneGate Senior Living, LP, a premier provider of support services to senior care facilities, seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist.

Headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, StoneGate provides accounting and payroll services to 32 healthcare facilities, which employ a total of more than 3,200 employees.

The Payroll Specialist reports to the Company’s Payroll Supervisor. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring that bi-weekly payrolls are processed in a timely, accurate and legally compliant manner.

The Payroll Specialist works collaboratively with Human Resources, Accounting and Facility staff so good customer service and communication skills are critical.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in processing payroll.  Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred.
• Substantial experience in automated payroll systems required; experience with UKG Kronos is required.
• Customer Service driven leadership.
• Strong work ethic.
• Team player attitude.
