Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records of employees' hours worked.
- Process payroll, including deductions and withholdings in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant laws.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
