About the Job
KBW has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Newburyport, MA area in their search for a Payroll Specialist. This position will be onsite for training and has potential to be hybrid after training. This role will report to the Manager of Finance and Operations.
The responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Reconciling employee timecards
- Deductions, garnishments
- Manages all year end payroll tasks including W2’s
- Biweekly payroll processing
- Payroll related journal entries
- Quarterly tax adjustments
The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Minimum of 2 years processing payroll
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforcenow is preferred
Compensation: Up to 29/hr DOE
