Job Summary



The successful candidate should posses savvy business skills, be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members.



+ Primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:


+ Owns/administers weekly payroll processing for all hourly team members. Answers questions from team members around pay, vacation, etc.


+ Performs various associate and human resources-related administrative tasks to include recruiting and onboarding processing.


+ Resolving various accounting/reconciliation issues.


+ May assist with monthly, quarterly, annual reports, including monthly and fiscal close, report preparation and distribution.


+ Prepare various payroll reports and conduct audits.


+ Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.






Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.


+ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience per the above duties.


+ Ability to prepare key metric reports.


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include internal and external customer communications.


+ Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships.


+ Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel.


+ Strong analytical and organizational skills.


+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


+ Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior, and confidentiality.
