Our client is seeking a motivated Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll team to assist with current workload.
Salary is $50-$57k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• The Payroll Specialist will assist as a team of 2 to process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll
• The Payroll Specialist will pull timecards from TrackTik, verify rates/hours for accuracy, and enter in PayCor
• Verify accuracy of deductions in PayCor and allocate taxes for posting
• Assist with payroll questions from staff, identify issues, and resolve

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• Must have experience with processing payroll in PayCor & utilizing time-tracking systems
• Any experience with Unions, certified payroll, and/or multi-state is a big plus
• Good attitude and ability to pick up quickly will be an asset
