Role: Payroll Specialist (Temp)

Office Schedule: 2-3 days

Pay: 28-35 hr

Our client, a prestigious International Development firm is looking for a Temporary Payroll Specialist with experience utilizing Kronos.

Requirements

·      Min of 2 years of Payroll Experience

·      Experience with UKG (Kronos)

·      Non-Profit industry experience – highly preferred

Job Description:

·      Process bi-monthly payroll for 440 employees

·      Works closely with third party payroll vendor to ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely data entry and appropriate reconciliation of accounts;

·      Review and validate timesheets weekly, verify payroll related information (e.g., direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
