Payroll Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Job Title: Payroll Clerk or Entry-Level newly College Grad
Location: Upland, CA (on-site)
Pay Rate: $22 - 29 per hour
Schedule: M - F, 8-5
Type: Temp-to-hire

Duties:
Cross train in payroll and accounting
Prevailing Wage is a plus
To perform a variety of payroll functions and construction certified payroll reporting for up to 450 ee
• Enter and audit payroll information on a Daily basis, for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees.
• Process, monitor and audit multiple daily time keeping/Accounting systems.


REQUIRED:
2. Bachelos Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business (Newly College Grad encourage to apply)
3. 0 to 3 years of payroll experience
4. Proficient with data entry/10 key by touch and Intermediate Excel skills required
