Payroll Specialist at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing services company in Woburn, MA seeking a Payroll Specialist. This position will be hybrid, but this person will be expected to be in office during busy payroll days. Our client is motivated to hire and is looking for someone who can start immediately. 

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Processing weekly multi-state payroll for under 1,000 EE’s both hourly and salaried
• Stay up-to-date on payroll compliance laws
• Maintain payroll records and employee data
• Entering bonuses
• Benefits administration
• Manage deductions for retirement, garnishments, etc.
• Assist HR department with onboarding
• Creating payroll reports

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Payroll systems experience

Compensation: $30-36/HR DOE
