Position: Payroll Systems Business Analyst
Location: Remote, with travel 3-4x/year to Miami
Duration : 6 Month Contract with Potential Extension
Position Overview:
Remote – with some travel required
5+ years experience as sr BA for payroll systems projects & implementations
Previous experience with implementing Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping) – is required
Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping) implementation experience needed as sr BA
Infor Cloud Payroll knowledge will be a plus
Experience with Bahamas population will be a plus
This resource will help with the Bahamas population implementation in Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping)
This resource will be a part of all the project phases: requirements, test cases creation, test cases execution, data loads and validations, change management & training & others
This resource needs to have expert systems & technical skills – such as expert excel user (macros, lookups, pivot tables)
This position will report to the business PM in charge of the Bahamas implementation
This position will interact with the Payroll Operations stakeholders on a regular basis for Project related items
MUST Haves:
 1. Business Analyst Experience - coordination, managing tasks, updating, communication, task management
2. Self starter – sharing experience with the group, "this is what we did and what we ran into", someone who is a motivator, makes a difference in the projects, comfortable prompting recommendations & ideas, etc
3. Experience implementing Kronos/UKG in WFM and Timekeeping – not just a daily operations user, someone that implemented this software, validations, etc. someone who has implemented this system before – not operations oriented
4. Expert excel skills
NICE TO HAVES:
1. Experience working with the Bahamas population
2. Lawson Payroll Experience
3. Shipboard/Cruise Experience
