Position Description: Responsible for the timely, accurate and controlled execution of financial transactions, as well as various reporting functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Daily, weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly and quarterly payments of Federal, State & Local Taxes
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Filing federal form 940 and 941
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Filing all state tax withholding and SUI returns
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Filing all local withholding tax returns
• Reconcile all general ledger tax accounts
• Ensure compliance of all tax filings
• Respond to all IRS, state and local tax notices
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers when dealing with Federal, state and local tax entities.
• Special projects as assigned by Controller and/or Chief Financial Officer
• Knowledge of State Compliance with regards to Withholding and SUI registration
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or directly related field required
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• MasterTax experience required
• Familiarity with general ledger analysis
• Expert knowledge of payroll taxes
• Cash management and financial analysis a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong written communications skills
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Excel and Word
• Detailed problem solver

Compensation:
$80,000-$85,000
