About the Job
Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst
Responsibilities and Impact:
o Register for new tax accounts for multiple entities and jurisdictions.
o Stay updated with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
Basic Required Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 years + payroll tax experience in multiple FEIN and multi-state environment.
o Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
o Knowledgeable in using Workday for payroll and payroll tax functions.
o Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - namely Excel
Additional Qualifications:
o Must be a team player with a strong work ethic possessing the ability to work independently in a remote setting - requires a high level of maturity.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor degree - preferred, but not required
