Responsibilities and Impact:
- Register for new tax accounts for multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Stay updated with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
- Minimum 5 years + payroll tax experience in multiple FEIN and multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Knowledgeable in using Workday for payroll and payroll tax functions.
- Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - namely Excel
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic possessing the ability to work independently in a remote setting - requires a high level of maturity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor degree - preferred, but not required
