PBX Communications Coordinator Full Time Rotate RBH - Resolute Health Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs daily operations including: training of staff and assisting supervisor with oversight, of operators. Reviews monthly and equipment billing invoices. Programs special features on system wide telephone system. Approves requests for service and evaluates type of communications equipment needed for existing and /or new departments. Programs new and revised telephone templates on PBX Telephone system and Voice Mail. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Local and toll operating experience; preferably on a multi-position board.
