Location:This position is located at our property AMANGIRI in Canyon Point, Utah, USA
Overview:The PBX Operator is responsible for attending to the needs of the guest from their initial inquires and arrival to departure. Provide a detailed and accurate overview of our region, the property, and its offerings. Maintain a professional relationship with other departments and communicate guests needs via the appropriate channels.
Responsibilities:- Answering all phone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and prompt manner
- Remain polite, well-mannered and professional; determine the nature of the inquiry and route calls being mindful of a hold time of 30 seconds or less; record messages and distribute appropriately
- Staying abreast of all community activities to provide recommendations
- Communicating clearly with all Departments, not limited to Front Office, Experience Team, Transportation, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security via respective channels
- Sharing and disseminating pertinent guest information to appropriate departments or managers including guest complaints
- Coordinating room changes/moves with housekeeping and Bellman
- All applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have 1-2 years office related experience
- Must have strong guest service experience and a professional manner
- Must be proficient with computer programs to include Excel, Word, Internet, etc. and the ability to learn new software programs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include day shift, night shift, weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to work with all departments on property in a professional manner
- Part Time/Full Time position available
