About the Job
- PC and desk phone deployments
- Act as point person on lease returns, both from an execution and analytical standpoint
- Serve as the escalation point for tier 1 support
- Based on aligned business priorities, focus on continuous improvement and provide world class customer service
- Work closely with Brookfield IT team to create documentation and follow standard operating procedures
- Perform basic Active Directory functions including account creation, group modification, password resets
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated functional understanding of desktop management technology such as Microsoft SCCM
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Microsoft Professional Certification is preferred but not required
- A rudimentary knowledge of PowerShell is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
