Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ lives. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
- Assisting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Establishing effective communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
- Delivering reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: PCA/CNA certification.
- Successful completion of a criminal record background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
