Top 3 Must Haves:

1. Certification: Possession of IPC 7711/7721 Rework and Repair Certification is mandatory.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB assembly, rework, and repair.
3. Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in soldering techniques, including both through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT).

The candidate will be responsible for performing rework and repair on printed circuit boards (PCBs) assembly to industry IPC standards. This role requires proficiency in circuit board soldering activities as well as holding IPC 7711/7721 Rework and Repair Certification

Job Description

·PCB Rework and Repair: Perform detailed rework and repair tasks on PCB assembly, including but not limited to, component removal and replacement, reflow processes, and trace/pad repair.
