This will help ensure staffing needs are met during the holiday season. **Stepdown PATIENT RATIO OF at least 1:3Must have at least 1 year of ICU + IICU stepdown exp and large teaching hospital size exp.Must have previous ICU / IICU stepdown experience with acuity of at least 3:1 and ventilator experience REQUIRED.Must have experience with trauma related injuries such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and surgical care that are common on our unitAverage Daily Census 20 (21 beds total)Staffing Ratios 7 RNs, 3:1 maximum*MUST HAVE CRITICAL CARE EXP.
