About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Progressive Care **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 11.5 Hour Rotating (19:00-07:00 PM-AM or 07:00-19:00 AM-PM) **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week **Experience:** Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience **License:** NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) **Certifications:** BLS (AHA Only) **Must-Have:** - Chest tubes - Tubes - Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone - CPAP/BiPAP - Lines/Tubes/Drains for post-surgical patients - Trachs/Laryngectomies - Telemetry - Complex wounds - Central Lines care and maintenance and blood draws - Step down experience **Preferred Experience:** - Arterial line management **Job Description:** - Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 16-bed progressive care unit. - Care for medically complex patients with high acuity needs. - Participate in a dynamic learning environment that supports team-based professional development. - Manage RN patient ratios of 3:1 during both day and night shifts. - Collaborate with a team, including a charge nurse with no patient assignment and two nursing assistants. - Provide care to patients of all ages and diagnoses, focusing on complex patient needs.
