Job Title: Travel Nurse - PCU/TELE
Location: Akron, OH
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse specializing in PCU/TELE for a 13-week contract in Akron, OH. Join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care in a dynamic cardiac step-down and stroke overflow unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a 21-bed cardiac step-down/tele unit.
• Float as needed within the unit.
• Perform assessments and administer medications.
• Draw blood and start IVs as required.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of PCU/TELE nursing experience.
• Technology: Epic experience within the last 12 months (must specify where Epic was last used on your resume).
• Availability: Must be available for interviews; please list your availability in the comments.
• RTO: Must submit any time-off requests at the time of application; maximum of 7 days allowed. No block schedule requests will be accepted.
• Dress Code: Solid black scrubs required.

Shift Details:

• Start Time: 7:00 PM
• End Time: 7:30 AM
