Pediatric Dentist Business Partner - Bryant Staffing Solutions

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to partner with an established orthodontic practice in Philadelphia. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric dentist, preferably one with an existing patient base and practice management system, to build their practice rent-free while benefiting from shared resources and patient referrals from the orthodontic side. You'll have access to a fully equipped office, including a Panoramic machine, and the office will undergo renovations to create a more pediatric-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adolescents, from cleanings to extractions.
• Perform diagnostic tests and treat dental issues with care, including sedation when necessary.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Educate both parents and young patients on the importance of dental hygiene and preventive care.
• Leverage modern dental equipment and technology available at the practice.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Board certification is optional, but not required.
• Open to dentists at all experience levels in pediatric care.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Familiarity with dental software and technology is helpful.
