What You Bring to the Table:
- DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
- Eligibility for an Arizona dental license
- Ability to obtain a state-specific oral sedation license
- Required certifications (DEA, CPR, PALS)
- American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Board Certification (preferred)
