About the Job
A well-known facility is seeking Pediatric Nurses to provide quality care and support to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children's Transitional Care Homes.
Type: Perm/ Full-Time
Schedule: Full Time Weekdays or Weeknights (Monday through Friday only, 7:00P – 7:00A) 3x12 shifts
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job description:
Our Children's Homes serve as a steppingstone between the hospital and the family residence.
Our Care Teams train and prepare parents and guardians to manage their children's needs for when they are back in the family home with their loved ones.
Our qualified I/DD and social work professionals work together to assess the children for any potential intellectual or development disabilities.
As a LPN, you will provide quality nursing care on a 3:1 patient to nurse basis, complete evaluations, assessments, participate in care team planning, and implement interventions for appropriate care delivery.
Qualifications:
LPN License in the state of PA
Minimum two (2) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
Valid Driver's License
Current Healthcare Provider CPR
Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
Will look at LPNs who have 3-4 years of adult trach/vent experience
