The Position: Our client is looking for a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team.

• $110,000 – 133,000 based on 40hrs/wk (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• At Least Two Years of Experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse Required.
• Certified in Massachusetts to practice in the expanded role as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
• Certified in CPR/AED or Equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Full Time Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
• 100% Outpatient
• Provide primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents up to age 22.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers.
• Diagnose, manage, and refer patients as per department protocols.
• Order appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on medical assessments.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Document patient symptoms, reactions, and progress accurately.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards in medical care delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmaceuticals and patient care aids.
• Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and external agencies.
• Mentor nurse practitioner students, medical students, and residents.
