Pediatric Nurse Practitioner needed in Miami - Femwell Group

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with our diverse patient population. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare to children from infancy through adolescence, including well-child exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and providing education to families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Educate and support patients' families on various health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  
• Active RN and APRN licenses in the state of Florida.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
