• Occupational Therapist for school age children (COTA's welcome)
• Fee for Service, Flexible scheduling available! 
• Compensation: $60/hour
  • Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. 
• Monday-Friday, following school calendar

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License (OTR L)
• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant's welcome to apply (COTA)
• Bilingual is a plus
